Don, The 86% growth rate is a one time event. If I thought it could be sustained, I would be buying the stock with both hands, but I don't happen to think it is sustainable. Even the most optimistic analysts are only calling for a 40% increase next year, and in my opinion, the history of the company does not warrant that. Their recent return to profitability is in their favor, and their products are OK, but the stock is just plain overvalued in my opinion. However, most stocks are overvalued today, and that doesn't seem to count for much in this new era, so maybe your investment in NOVL will work out for you.
I don't know how to calculate "Enterprise Value" of a company, so I can't comment on that.
Anyway, good luck to you.
