I'm reading the latest SEC filing. Holy Toledo this is a long one! Seems like they will be issueing 2 million more shares to cover the costs of the merger. Long-term I don't think this is a big deal. Short-term, I can see people bailing. However, they should bail since they aren't really looking at MSGI's potentials. Mark
