Mr WLD, perhaps you don't understand the gravity of the situation. Claiming that a Medinah insider is under investigation by the SEC is akin to yelling fire in a crowded movie theater. You need to back up your claims with proof or retract them.

One has to ask one's self-how would you know whether they are under investigation or not? Certainly, an investigation is not public information until the investigation has been completed. They only way you could legally know is if you are part of the investigation itself. I doubt you have the right to publically claim to the world about it any case. The most likely scenario is that you and your friends sent a compliant letter to the BC SEC and asked for an investigation. If so, please spare us your dribble. I am sure several people on the thread have done the same concerning you. Perhaps its time for you to make a public apology. Maybe things will go easier for you. Cheers.
