Tina; IF the financial resources were there beyond paying down debt and a substantial cash reserve it would behoove management to buy back shares. This would have a very positive effect on the stock price which would benefit management options as well as the share holders.

Remember, tsig has a large carry forward tax loss(If I remember correctly 36mm)which will offset near term large potential gains for a while. This will help, we shall see.
