WOW!! Up 1 5/8 on a day where the Street ran red??!!?! Then again, after reading John Chew's update I am not really all that surprised. If no one competes for another 6 months, then we could see some amazing numbers here, both in earnings growth and stock price appreciation. BTW, what is the patentable portion of the TADs? It seems very simple to me, and the mechanics could be done by anybody. What special wrinkle of the TAD could be protected by a business patent? What is a good analogy to help me understand this?
