HandsOn, more like a negotiated limit order. Someone called the trading desk and said I want to buy 200k shares of PETM at 5 or less. The trader works the order until he has bought that many shares, and then sells them at a negotiated mark up. There wasn't an order for that size called in and executed in 5 minutes.
