Pat,

A couple hints re the Nortel C&W win.

Check out who has a major position in it. (Check if that same entity also owns 41% of Nortel.)

Check who's on the board of Cable and Wireless. (Don't forget that BCE had a CEO with the name of Kearney).

Of course the best vendor won the deal. Right?
