Patents,

Thought I would add a perspective about the worth of patents. From the Secondary Prospectus:

"The Company relies on a combination of patent, copyright, and trade secret laws to protect its technology. The Company has filed approximately 40 U. S. and foreign patent applications relating to its Zip and Jaz drives and disks, although there can be no assurance that such patents will issue. The company holds over 50 U. S. and foreign patents, two of which relate to its Zip products, three of which relate to its Ditto products and the remainder of which relate to its Bernoulli products."

Even if not all are granted, thats a lot of new patents.
