The Pilgrim Baxters and the Duncan Hursts sell minor POSisitons that they are not 5%+ filers in when they are being redeemed. They have to much to loose by not defending the big POSition names & they can't get out anyway, they're the only buyers. Like anyone else, they sell the stuff that they don't know as well.
