I understand that there will be 43,671,686 shares outstanding after the share consolidation PLUS up to 8,000,000 shares related to a proposed share issue (with Marathon) PLUS up to 4,000,000 warrants related to the proposed share issue PLUS Special Share which can be issued based on certain criteria (up to 5,500,000) PLUS options PLUS warrants.... still a large number of shares.... I have not calculated what the float could be.
