this is problem as I can tell - D:\META\60 Day Double Vol\8 10. Why do you have "\" in the 60 Day Double Vol\8 10 are you wanting these two directories under meta? change the name to something simple with no backslashes.
like:

ProcessMS="d:\meta\60dvol",MS;

or put this one in brookins scan that came with qp and test it.

ProcessMS="d:\meta\brookins",MS;

I think it is your naming process.
BTW: you don't have any other metastock demo data you mentiomed in these dir, do you?
