It also applies if someone wants to sell a large block. They don't just put "Market Order" on top and hope for the best. It's often called "crossing" a block because the traders agree the price where the block will "cross" the tape without trashing or escalating the price too much. If anyone has some good fundamental insight into why PETM is falling off the truck, I would be interested. Good night for now.
