Ari You are the one with the legal smarts. If the actual letters would not add to the effectiveness of the action then I think emailing the information would be best. Emailing the info would be the quickest and least bothersome method of handling the voting process. From your comments it seems that time may be critical in having our greivance heard. But if you think an actual letter would heighten the effect. I would be glad to compile, summarize and courier them to you. As far as I am concerned it is your call. I know this effort will probably not effect the outcome of this issue, but I sure feels good to stand up and be heard.
