Have you been reading this thread? The INFE PR's? Tom Richfield's statements? Any of it?
Read the "Analyst report" portion of Infocall's website. In it, Infocall claimed to have revenues of "about" $20 million for Fiscal Year 1999 (a/k/a "the fiscal year ending February 28, 1999"). The analyst report was dated Feb. 8, 1999. Over a month after the end of calendar year 1998, in which INFE just stated that revenues were $60,000.
Were they expecting a $20 million windfall in the month of February alone?
How could INFE refer to approximately $60,000 as "about $20 million"? You don't see anything fraudulent about such a statement? The company paid for the report and posted it on its website, so they can hardly claim they didn't know about it. INFE also estimated that it would make a $400,000 net profit in FY 1999, mainly based on those calendar year 1998 revenues of $60,000? Good trick!
You really believe that was reasonable?
And you think that I'm the one with serious liability problems??? Did anyone send me any money? I don't recall the L.E. public offering, any phone calls with shareholders, any press releases, or paying for "analyst reports" to decorate my website.
BTW... how long does it take to audit a company with yearly revenues of $60,000? They have been at it for at least six months now. |
