steve,

i can not figure you out, when the stock rises you are unhappy, and when it falls you are ecstatic. it seems every time idtc rises you get pretty testy and unhappy. this low volume move higher on idtc has caught many investors short.

of course your monday call about idtc dropping (if during the cc no new news will come out, then expect idtc to retrace) has been wrong by about 3 points or 20%, but no one is perfect. you did not think much of the telefonica deal, but clearly the analysts and investors like it, even without a cc.

did not read the post about

-idtc over 100,000 isp customers
-ds3 backbone (upgrading to oc3)
-over 600 pops
-several portals
-deals with such companies as bell south
-web design and hosting
-tier 1 backbone
-dls business
-billion + in revs this next year
-57% of ntop (worth more than idtc)
-......

boardwatch.internet.com

i know the recent accumulation by mm's caught you by surprise also. sorry, but the recent rise is not short covering, as you know shorts got caught short on the low volume and rapid price increase in a down market. ouch.

idtc at 18 does not qualify as a risky investment, unless you are short. clearly many people and institutions are stepping up to purchase at these discounted levels prior to earnings.

good luck
