Yes. Was out yesterday and today so I am late getting back.
Basically, the content of the e-mail that you sent was accurate, with the exception of the warehouse. Bob is sensitive to me quoting our conversation so I suggest you call him direct.
Mr. Rubin's compensation doesn't bother me as much as the content of his board. Equally disturbing is the fact that Troy established a poison pill earlier in the year. This leaves little room for investor appreciation via a buyout.

On the other hand, this company has been increasing profits for about 15 straight qtrs. Additionally, I still believe the main reason for the low stcok price is the lingering presence of a major seller or two.

I read somewhere that Value line raised its ranking from 2 to 1. Can you confirm? My subscription just expired.

The bottom line is that I am holding for now and will probably sell calls against my stock if the price gets in the upper teens.

I am disappointed that your findings are accurate.
