Are you familiar with ABTE?

If not, I suggest that you read look at the details in their 10Q and 10K reports or Asensio or Bill Wexler's analysis.

They've already done a floorless, defaulted on a number of payments to preferred holders, run a money losing business and have a huge short interest.

Sure, they could become profitable, but then again, so could CYOE or REFR.
