Softbank unit to brief on group business

TOKYO, Aug 20 (Reuters) - Softbank Finance Corp, a wholly owned subsidiary of Softbank Corp , said on Friday it would hold a briefing on September 1 in Tokyo to report on its business strategy and current conditions of Softbank group firms.

Softbank Finance Corp said it also plans to announce the new brokerage fees of its online brokerage firm E*Trade Japan from October 1 when brokerage fees will be liberalised.

Softbank owns 100 percent of Softbank Finance Corp which itself owns stakes in the following companies.
