Watching NOVL --- 80K shares already in premarket We are at 24 7/8ths Bid down 3/4 from the close but up 1/2 from the after hours trading low Expecting a heavy trading day. ============== On the subject of the buybacks. It is a little worrisome in that the stock will be used for options granted to management, and employee stock plans etc. It is my hope that this does not reflect the current outstanding obligation but reflects the options the may need to grant in the future. When the company needs to acquire talent as they grow, they will need to be able dangle these benefits in front of the new employees. So my only concern here is that they are careful in handing out these rewards.
