Good that they decided to raise less money (don't know the figure), still dilution is coming"> Radim, IMHO the "dilution" is an issue that has been openly discosed in public since the first Sb-2 was filed (end of Feb99). As Vantage has pointed out, there is no way to tell whether the "dilution" will be detrimental to shareholders as it should be used to add value to the company via acquisitions, marketing, improving technological capabilities/offerings, etc. Then again, I believe the current share price already reflects shareholder's less than positive opinion on the value to be derived from the "dilution", but that significant revenues/announcements can quickly turn this around.
