Mark, I thank you for your compliment, and admit that I have sometimes conveyed anger with a degree of delicacy. However, the nature of anger is such that if I did not have my temper under control, and therefore, in some degree, not fully expressed, I could not do it. Further, one reason to take note of my excellent skills is that they are rare, and cannot become the standard to hold everyone to. Finally, even in instances where I have been even- tempered in making a complaint, it is often the case that people do not take criticism well, and that is the main reason why the quality of the relationship matters..... |
