Neo- No one is perfect, not even me:-) Given that, there are rarely(however it does happen, usually when reading any post from emile) instances where I can not control my temper. From personal experience, I can tell you it is almost unanimous in the instances that wheere I can express my feelings without rancor, things work out far better than just swallowing it, or displaying less than true emotion. I will admit that if a person can not express anger without being overtly threatening or demeaning, they are probbly better off not expressing that emotion. that does not mean that sincere emotions are better off swallowed. It means that any idea or concept is rarely the correct one 100% of the time. Mark
