On what basis do you form your opinions? First, it is up to the majority shareholders, not you. Second, how much do you know about Mr. Bakers experience? ........this may be hard for you to understand, on second thought it would not be constructive for me to elaborate on the basis used to formulate my opinions, needless to say my opinion was correct when I may it.. Your statement that the board selection and who is _seeded_ their on, is up to the majority stockholder's gave me and a in sight on now limited your experience is.thank you for your areas whether condition, which all would close with there regional weather.
