Thanks Jeff. I figured it was something like that. I guess they are as confused about where to get the REAL info as we Junior Balloons. From where did you get the fully diluted share and pro forma earnings info? GNET I hope. Thanks again. jb PS. I do think PE's matter. This is why I am very uncomfortable investing in AMZN and other inuts without some earnings/profits.. I think they have a great chance of succeeding, but their are huge risks and tremendous competition. But I don't have a problem with high PE's as long as it is related to tremendous growth. yada yada yada... jb
