Bob - Hedging has been in place for so long now that continued hedging can't of its own effect the POG. A good hedging program is based on time not price. We're asked to believe (by some) that every time the POG goes up by $1 a whole lot of producers go out and sell forward!! People should pay attention to the # of ounces produced and consumed. The jewelry trade places gold into the hands of long term holders. d
