Someone definitely jumped out Wed. afternoon, but for the most part sales seem to be in small quantities. IMHO institutional ownership is going up. Average size of trades and the stocks ability to " eat on the run " shows someone besides J.Q. Public must now interested. If Randy has an announcement up his sleeve, for once I hope he keeps it to himself. We don't seem to need it at the moment.
