High-low index is a 10-day ma of NYSE daily highs divided by daily lows. This indicator and two others (percent of 10 = % of NYSE above 10-d ma; and OTCBP = % buy signals on OTC stocks) typically lead changes in the NYSEBP. At this point, all these indicators except the high-low are on sell.
