hi andy,

sounds like you have ie5.0. since i use netscape, i keep only ie4.0 around. here's how to remedy your prob in 4.0. it's bound to be similar in 5.0...

on browser window, click:

view, internet options, general, temporary internet files, settings, check for newer versions, every time.
