The recent news is too little, too late. The market they are trying to compete in with the resources they do not have has closed the window on any consequential impact. They are unable to raise capital even at this late date. That is the biggest litmus.

They may get a purchase order to a 3rd party. But they have missed their opportunity to be a dominant battery maker. Every day they push back commercial sales, the odds are stacked higher against them. Positive news is inconsequential now unless you believe their patent portfolio will make every other battery technology obsolete and uncompetitive. There are no indications in the market or among industry sources that this is true.
