Mr. Del Steiner reports
The Tomasovich Family Trust converted, in full, the total principle amount of
$250,000 (U.S.) of convertible loan four and exercised warrants to purchase
2,227,941 shares at 17 cents (Canadian) for gross proceeds of $334,191
(Canadian). As a result, the trust, together with Theodore Tomasovich, who is
acting jointly or in convert with the trust as at the date of exercise, beneficially
owns or exercises control or direction over a total of 9,239,947 common shares,
being 46.97 per cent of the issued capital of the company. This is an increase of
15.52 per cent with respect to the issued shares. In the event of the exercise of all
convertible securities owned by the trust and Mr. Tomasovich, they would own
18,568,671 common shares, being 64.19 per cent of the then-issued capital of the
company, assuming no other common shares of the company are issued.
WARNING: The company relies upon litigation protection for "forward-looking"
statements.
