Fellow Travelers,
Sometimes I think our little company is DOA, but we had an email exchange the other day that I thought might be of interest to all of you. I don't think they'd mind my posting it:

I said:

Anything at all going on over there? It's been really quiet. How's
financing coming? Is Synthonics going to make it? Is our technology
still current and viable? Any little crumbs would be appreciated.

They responded:

Several things have happened and many more are in the works. The Company has secured "gap financing" as a result of the efforts of Averil Capital Markets Group and are now working with this firm to secure a large amount (several millions of $) of capital. The business model for the Company has been reshaped to move it more into the Internet forefront and we have identified and secured an individual to lead the first application initiative. We now have an experienced CFO on board as well. Also, we have added two new Directors to the Board. One of these fills the investment community void. Evans & Sutherland approved our submission for their beta release and launch of version 1.0 is still scheduled for late July. Kodak has agreed with E&S to pay for and to participate in a promotion of the new E&S product. Finally, Tom Carpenter was elected as Chairman of the Board after LeRoy announced his resignation due to illness.

The Company has intentionally decided to not issue press releases until all the background work has been completed. In the meantime all public information will be made available through the Company's SEC filings -- the 10-QSB was filed on August 13, 1999.

So, there you have it. I wish them the best; I know they're working really hard, and at 10¢ a share I think I have no course but to wait and watch. I suppose the stock's a real bargain looked at from the other side, but ... who knows?
