Online telephony enterprise Net2Phone NTOP running up, trading as high as 35. The recent IPO recently announced a comprehensive deal
with NBC to offer its service across NBC's collection of internet properties earlier this month. Likely related to some speculation on
announcements as quiet period comes to a close.

A couple of companies associated with NTOP that may see some attention; IDT Corp. IDTC is the majority owner of NTOP, (roughly 57%)
after spinning off the business in an ipo biz.yahoo.com . IDTC trading near 19.

Digging thru SEC filings turns up another small cap connection. In its 25 January filing internet telephony company eNet ETEL, describes its
association with NTOP-

" In April 1998, the Company (ETEL) signed a contract with IDT Corporation. Under this agreement, the Company has a license to distribute
IDT's Net2Phone software with its retail consumer product, NetConnect. The agreement also permits e-Net's customers who use NetConnect
to make Internet telephone calls on an ordinary telephone handset across IDT's Internet telephone network, with the Company receiving six
and one half per cent (6.5%) of IDT's gross revenues arising from such use."
