I can't disagree with the lack of news, i harped on the same issue for June and July. In fact, you may remember, kidl even called me a whiner! If everyone had done as suggested in July and inundated them with calls we might be ahead!

I have confirmed through the Utah BLM that they have been operating on the site for most of 1999. In fact, it was the level of ongoing legal operation that the BLM relied on in justifying their overload delays. That is, they knew they were not unduly hampering the company with the permit process.

I have also confirmed with outside mining geologists that they are squirlling away down their. I also confirmed that they are exercising very good controls over leakage of product. This appears from outside sources to have been a Kennecott problem, and is a problem which plagues the diamond properties big time.

Getting back to the point of my post, i think this represents a shift in stages and that the issues you are raising will now be addressed.
