I don't know where you got the $100 as the MaxPain point.

Here is the closing price versus the amount of money that has to be rewarded to the option holders whether calls or puts.

$90 --- $101.53M
$91 --- $99.05M
$92 --- $96.58M
$93 --- $94.11M
$94 --- $91.64M
$95 --- $89.16M
$96 --- $89.37M
$97 --- $89.57M
$98 --- $89.78M
$99 --- $89.98M
$100 --- $90.19M
$101 --- $94.95M
$102 --- $99.72M
$103 --- $104.49M

Clearly $95 is the lowest number, although $94 to $100 don't vary too much.
