Howard, deal is fine with me. Absolutly no reason to sue. I have lost on my investment, but Monsanto is in no way to blame. In fact if it had not been for Monsanto my losses would have been greater. A company must be able to make money on its technology. Calgeen just was not able to pull it off. I do wish they had offered an exchange of stock but since I have a loss the tax side does not matter to me but it might to others.
