So far, no one has come up with a credible guess at who might even consider a CDN takeover.

A more likely scenario would be for CDN to takeover a startup that fills some niche or gap in CDN's product set.

Nor could I see a takeover happening at less than $20 a share which would put the purchase price in the order of $8B.

So Steve, I think that the two must senior officers of CDN putting $1M of their own cash on the line is just their view of the probability of CDN's price outperforming other options for that $1M.

Surely you don't think that these guys have decided to buy CDN now because they just love to have dead money???
