My pair arbitrage to play VIGN's lockup expiration didn't work well. Two days ago I shorted VIGN while going long an equal dollar amount of AMZN. Well, VIGN dropped only 1% whereas AMZN fell 6%. Looks like there was no significant pressure on VIGN due to the expiration of the lockup earlier this week. I had expected more, since the number of shares coming out of lockup was big compared to the float.
