I appreciate your placing that disclaimer at the end of the original post: "I have a compensation arrangement for my services for a period of 1 year consisting of 5k cash and 200k share of stock restricted for 1 year."

My disclaimer: I'm long IDX.

A couple of questions: Although your description implied that APRE had technology for both the law enforcement and commercial markets, these are two completely separate technologies. The law enforcement technology is image-based and relies upon one:many search capacity. The FBI must certify live scan devices that feed into its LMT-built AFIS database. To date, the only companies certified and in business are IDX, Printrak, and DBII. DDSI keeps saying it will get FBI certification, but I'm waiting for it to snow in Key West first.

The commercial bio-ID authentication marketplace uses an image-derived template, not an image, and uses a one:one search capacity. In other words, it will not ID an anonymous user, but merely confirm the identity of a user who has proferred his name.

So the first question I have for you is: What type of technology does APREE have?
