Just got a call from my broker.

Apparently a Canadian firm is tendering an offer for 6.5 million shares of FUSE at 7 (right now its 6.53125 x 6.52625 - so figure 50 cents over present price). To make a long story short, they wanted to know if I wanted to sell my shares (have a few of them I picked up in early July). The offer goes through on Aug 24th if they have enough shares to cover. Now FUSE is worth about 7, but it had popped to 9 in April. Personally I am going to see if the buyoutrumor drives the price up a bit and reduces the float, and may or may not sell after I do some DD on the company doing the buyout (Biovale).

But hey, I figured someone might want to make a grand in a few days on a couple thousand shares.
