DJ BERU/Impco Technologies -2: Holds 1.23M Shares

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--BERU Aktiengesellschaft raised its stake in Impco Technologies Inc. (IMCO) to 14.9%.

In a filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, BERU said it bought 130,000 common shares between Aug. 2 and Aug. 17 at prices ranging from $10.48 to $10.55 a share, and currently holds 1.23 million common shares of the Cerritos, Calif., company.
