Iceberg , Re: Understanding the other person's viewpoint I met a fellow that trades in the market from my home town this last summer . I thaught in as much as I also like to buy and sell stocks ,more as an investor than a trader , I would meet with him and compare our methods etc. We just could not comunicate because he was day trading and kept mostly in cash most of the time . He would buy in the morning ,for instance , and then sell shortly after he makes his target point . I just don't know how you can do this , without living in front of a computer screen , but this, is what he was doing . ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is what I'm seeing here with IOM and the problem of not understanding the other guys investment veiw point . If our investment methods were all the same I'm quite sure that we could see each others posts better that we now do . But after saying the above , I think that we do need other views as well . Herb
