Kent, the 5 "Form 144s" filed in March for Isolyser are at: edgar-online.com Go to that home page and press the search button and then it will search by symbol and other methods. I suspect the the SEC's site www.sec.gov does not have 144 info since these do not all have to be filed electonically, thus some work is required to input them. The same may be true for some of the other services. Unless the edgar-online service is wrong it seems like a case where your service is either slow or basically repeating what the SEC has on their web site. I know a number of forms filed with the SEC are not on Edgar and while the SEC site is great it does not have everything. I am still shocked about the price decline and lack of comment from Isolyser. There is much to be said for this being a long term investment but the company had clearly led the investing public to believe that sales would be trending up by now, the price decline indicates that those with access to the monthly sales figures know something that we do not. Hopefully the company has merely imposed a "quite period" due to insider selling or investment banking related activities and so the lack of support is causing a free fall. Thanks Eric
