Bruce, that's what the shareholder class action is about. The claim is that SPYG officers did not tell the public that certain sales that had been reported earlier were being deferred, and that they knew the stock price would drop when the news came out. The news did come out after they sold their shares. As I say, this could be a dark cloud on the horizon, but the overall prospects for the company look good.
