Thanks for the info Bob. Your right. I was thinking that there were only 15,000,000 rather than the 45,.I think that since June 1995 an additional 7,000,000 shares have been issued and are outstanding. So that would make a total of aprox. 16,000,000 shares outstanding; which leaves about 29,000,000 authorized but not issued, not counting the preferred. That is enough for a 2 for 1 split, (possibly a 3 for 1 since my figures are guesstimations.) Just a thought: Buy sheep sell deer. ace
