I think the Judge is getting tired of the harassing tactics of its home bank and is now trying to preserve the good name of Minnesota. Then again he may not be from Minnesota and is just doing his job. I think that bond money should definitely go to USAB considering that internet names have not followed many rigid rules and the US Bancorp has no claim to USABanc.com .... Any escalation of the trial, while interruptive to business may also bring millions to USAB web-site and may result in new accounts. All the latest news releases have the references to www.usabancshares.com and that helps. I almost BET this is bringing new customers knowing the nature of the web. The Philadelphia press should be next...
