Ron, thank you but I honestly only wish that I expressed myself nearly as well as you do. There are far more important elements that make for effectiveness in communication than spelling, grammar and rhetoric, as we both know.

Also, perhaps I should have splashed more cold water on my face before I posted as "forward selling" is obviously done by producing mining companies, NOT by central banks as I misstated.

Why do I have the feeling that this was "conveniently overlooked"?
