BOO!!!!!!!! Scared you didn't I? This is a ghost town of a thread if I have ever seen one. I am looking for some information and ask for the help of anyone that may know the answer which I am sure is simple. What is the exchange formulation for the buy out of AIT by SBC? How many shares of SBC will a AIT share holder receive? Is there a variance to compensate for price fluctuations? Many thanks in advance. Vendit
