Cost of living & housing in SD not high relative to Silicon Alley, West LA or Orange county. Q employees moving here have been at best minor influence on prices. This has always been a top location to live. Q employees selling are doing what one would expect - they invested much effort, stock wandered along for years and now they have big gains and want to live a little. It's called the American Way and the history of all top tech firms like MSFT, INTC, CSCO, and all soon-to-be Gorillas. Today's price will be cheap come about November'99!!!!! Mac
