I'm not sure what you find bizarre about it. You think I'm making this up? I certainly wasn't exaggerating about the bugs. I submitted a list to them about two months ago. I hope ProSuite isn't the only analytical software you've tried. Please let me know what other $5000.00 packages you found to be "inadequate". That's 10G on margin I could use to pick up real money makers. But seriously, I'll try any other package you recommend to see if strategy back-testing is really worth the hype. I'm not refuting the fact the Prosuite has some slick features...I just don't believe I'm getting the best value for the money on the charting piece of their product. But that's all beside the point. My original griff was with their contract-free installments (illegal in NY) and their bullshit advertising of RadarScreen which is unavailable unless I buy the whole cow. Minimally, they could court a cease and desist order if any more people just want to buy RS only to find they'll have to pay for the entire Prosuite to get it. What's funny is that at the bottom of their box, they get all kinds of awards for being the best softare in the $$$$ price range. It's because they're the only company offering software in that price range for consumers. As WaveSeeker aptly mentioned, other less expensive, though full-featured packages will "eat their lunch" at a tenth of the cost. Try these for starters ...
