Well, just to show that we don't have to all agree, I like James Cramer and how he does things. The difference between him and the other writers is that he and Jeff Berkowitz run a reasonably successful hedge-fund and, for my money, he's not a bs-er but puts his money - and a lot of it - where his reasonably large mouth is. One of the best things they did at TSC was to hire that crazy bear from San Francisco - the guy who really knows how to read a balance sheet and has made some nice calls. Not on EGRP though! Perhaps the person who shot his mouth off against JC could be more specific?
